Our proposal works on the development stages with timelines and deliverables agreed to by the advisory board. There will be a series of short term immediate goals, along with a long term vision for systems change.

Stage #1 (2023 - 2024)

• A complete outreach team in all three counties, Prince, Queens, and Kings.

• Implementing a Men support program in Stratford and a women's support program in Summerside

Stage #2 (2024 - 2025)

To develop an on the ground community street team to meet the needs of our neighborhoods. Stage 2 will grow and change depending on the data collected in Stage 1. Construction of a long-term supportive housing project for men. This social enterprise will be targeting specifically men leaving the corrections system with specific cognitive disabilities and deemed higher risk.

Stage #3 (2025 - 2026)

To expand our housing options and work with landlords and property owners to develop program options. Construction of a long -term supportive housing project for women. This social enterprise will be targeting specifically women leaving the corrections system with specific cognitive disabilities and deemed higher risk.

Stage #4

The housing models are built on a working farm that creates a healing space and program service model. Long term healing along with life skills development through a food farm program, learn life & work skills, build self confidence all while reconnecting with the community. Create a men’s and women’s healing program that can be delivered across PEI. A focus on returning to community to help, and provide everyday purpose.
